A 21 year old man was arrested in downtown Nashville after police say he urinated off a second-floor bar balcony and onto a security guard below early Sunday morning, April 13, 2026.

According to an arrest affidavit, officers were called to Barstool Nashville on 2nd Avenue South around 1:20 a.m. Staff told police they had already detained the man, identified as Kellen Fraile, after witnesses saw him expose himself and urinate over the balcony.

Investigators say the situation escalated when it was discovered that the urine landed on a security guard working the front entrance beneath the balcony.

Officers noted Fraile appeared heavily intoxicated at the time of his arrest, reportedly struggling to speak and smelling strongly of alcohol.

He now faces charges of public intoxication and public indecency.
