Greenbrier’s most wanted fugitive has been arrested in Canada after investigators say he fled the country while facing dozens of sex crime charges involving a minor.

Police say 35-year-old Logan Kelley crossed into Canada illegally through a North Dakota farm field at the end of April. On May 7, Kelley was arrested in Winnipeg after being stopped for speeding.

According to Greenbrier Police, Kelley was originally arrested in August 2025 after investigators accused him of unlawful sexual contact with a minor. Authorities say he was initially indicted on 14 counts of aggravated statutory rape before later facing 25 additional charges, including aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.

Investigators said Kelley bonded out of jail and appeared in court several times before disappearing and fleeing the area.

Greenbrier Detective Joseph Chelini said the arrest was made possible through coordination with Winnipeg police, Canadian Border Services Agency, and U.S. Marshals.

Kelley is now in Canadian custody as officials work to return him to Tennessee. Authorities say it is still unclear whether he will be extradited or deported.
