A family is searching for a missing woman after a Facebook post claimed she was discharged from TrustPoint Hospital and dropped off in downtown Nashville without a phone, ID, or money.

According to the post, she had spent a week in the ICU followed by another week at TrustPoint. Her family says they were told she would remain there longer, but later learned she had been discharged yesterday afternoon without being notified.

The post says staff arranged transportation to Holy Trinity Church, where she was dropped off around 3:26 p.m. The family says she never contacted them after arriving.

Relatives have since searched downtown, contacted shelters, police departments, and Greyhound, and say they still have no idea where she is.

According to the Facebook post, she may have been wearing sweatpants, a T-shirt, and sandals. Anyone with information is being asked to contact the family directly at 615-927-5139.
