Jon Bon Jovi’s Nashville bar is officially on the market. Real estate firm Surmount CRE has posted a listing for $130 million for the venue, identifying it as “the tallest bar on Nashville’s Lower Broadway.”

The property spans five stories and totals 36,767 square feet. It was structured as a 20-year sale-leaseback deal with 2 percent annual rent increases.  The design respects the Broadway Historic Preservation Overlay and includes entrances on both Broadway and 4th Avenue, plus two rooftop decks.

The venue, located at 405 Broadway, opened in the spring of 2025.  Surmount touts the listing as a generational opportunity to own an anchor entertainment asset on one of America’s most active nightlife corridors.

Even with the sale, operational and design details aim to maintain consistency with the bar’s original footprint. It remains one of the largest and most prominent bars to open on Broadway since 2018.
