Volunteer Gameday is preparing for an exciting matchup this week as Tennessee begins its SEC play with a home game against Georgia. The show will go live from Gate Nine outside Neyland Stadium and will broadcast on East Tennessee Valley Sports Network as well as WVLT and WSMV streaming platforms. As usual, fans will be able to catch all the inside news and updates two hours before kickoff via WVLT’s Brittany Tarwater along with Voice of the Vols Mike Keith and Vols Football Legend Heath Schuler.
This week’s show will feature Athletics Director Danny White and Tennessee legend John Henderson who will appear live to speak during the pregame coverage. They will be joined by wide receiver Braylon Staley who will be interviewed exclusively.
Volunteer Gameday will air at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the East Tennessee Valley Sports Network as well as through WVLT and WSMV online streaming platforms.
Vols fans are encouraged to come out and watch the broadcast live outside Gate Nine. The pregame atmosphere is expected to be electric with strong community engagement and plenty of anticipation for Tennessee’s first SEC challenge of the season.
