A member of the Hancock County School Board in Tennessee, Jack Mullins, has been indicted on charges involving solicitation of a minor. According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), the inquiry began in August when allegations emerged that Mullins approached a juvenile girl at a fitness center in Sneedville and tried to persuade her to engage in sexual activity.
A Hancock County Grand Jury later returned an indictment against Mullins. He faces two counts of solicitation of a minor and one count of official misconduct. Mullins was arrested, booked into the Hancock County Jail, and released on a $25,000 bond.
