A multi-agency investigation into a suspected vehicle theft ring led to several raids across Wilson County and Nashville on Tuesday, resulting in the recovery of multiple stolen vehicles.

The operation involved the Lebanon Police Department, FBI, Tennessee Highway Patrol, and Wilson County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities executed search warrants at four homes in Lebanon and Wilson County, along with a residence on Clarksville Highway in the Whites Creek area of Nashville.

Investigators recovered several stolen vehicles, including two GMC Sierra trucks reported stolen from Texas and Ohio, as well as a stolen Polaris Slingshot. Police also discovered evidence suggesting VIN numbers had been altered or falsified.

According to Lebanon Police, the investigation began in mid-April after officers found stolen vehicles with altered VINs while serving search warrants in an unrelated narcotics investigation. Tuesday’s operation is connected to an earlier multi-agency search warrant operation conducted on April 23.

The investigation remains active, and authorities say criminal charges are pending. Additional details have not yet been released.
