Kane Brown has officially announced the upcoming opening of his new Nashville bar, marking a major expansion into the city’s Lower Broadway entertainment scene.

Kane Brown is partnering with Detroit-based Elia Group to launch “Kane Brown’s On Broadway,” a multi-level bar, restaurant, and live music venue set to open this summer.

The bar will be located at 312 Broadway in downtown Nashville, inside the historic building that previously housed The Valentine.

Brown said the project was designed to stand apart from other Broadway venues.

“We’ve really taken our time developing the bar. We wanted to make it a place that stands apart from everything else on Lower Broadway. I wanted to build a place that I want to hang out at, my friends want to hang out at and will be an unforgettable experience for anyone who visits. Nights in Nashville are about to hit a little bit different,” Brown said.

The 11,400-square-foot space will span four levels. The main floor will feature a live music stage with exposed brick and steel-and-glass design elements. A mezzanine level will provide elevated stage views along with bar service and space for private gatherings.

The third floor will serve as a more intimate lounge area with walnut finishes, platinum records, and curated artwork designed for bottle service and private events. The rooftop will offer a day-to-night experience with brunch, cocktails, DJs, and views of the Nashville skyline.

Elia Group CEO Zaid Elia said the partnership represents a major step for both the company and Nashville, focusing on immersive design and elevated hospitality rooted in the city’s music culture.

The announcement adds to a busy year for Brown, who continues expanding his work across music, television, and entertainment projects while preparing new releases and tours.
