One Critical, Four Injured in Fiery Rollover Crash on I-65 in Maury County

A serious crash occurred late Saturday night on Interstate 65 North in Maury County, leaving one person critically injured and four others with minor injuries.

According to the Maury County Fire Department (MCFD), emergency crews responded to reports of a rollover crash with entrapment at mile marker 39 just before 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found that all five occupants had exited the vehicle, which was beginning to catch fire. A ruptured fuel tank had ignited, but crews quickly extinguished the flames using foam operations.

The critically injured individual was transported to a nearby medical facility, while the other four were treated for minor injuries. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
