615NAV Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the 615NAV mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) and able to form a binding contract to use the App. By using 615NAV you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account, your password, and all activity that occurs under it. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately at support@615nav.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from Profile, Settings, Delete Account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post, including listings, events, feed posts, comments, messages, photos, and videos. You grant 615NAV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you post.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Post unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit content.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or post false or misleading event information.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
  • Use the App to sell or promote prohibited, illegal, or dangerous goods or services.
  • Collect or harvest other users’ information without their consent.

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that violate these rules. You can report or block any user from within the App; we review reports within 24 hours.

5. Events and Listings

Hosts are solely responsible for the events they list, including accuracy, safety, refunds, capacity, age limits, and legal compliance. 615NAV is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or interaction between users, and does not guarantee that any listing, host, or event is safe, lawful, or accurate. Attend events at your own risk.

6. Payments

If paid features are offered, purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store terms. 615NAV does not receive or store your payment card details. Ticket or external purchase links open the host’s own site, which is governed by that site’s terms.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 615NAV’s total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App, its users, or the public. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content license, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App or on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
