Dolly Parton has announced that her Las Vegas concerts, originally scheduled for December 2025, will be pushed back to September 2026. The country music icon shared that she needs to undergo several medical procedures and won’t be able to give fans the kind of show she envisions until she’s fully recovered.

In her announcement, the 79-year-old reassured fans that she isn’t retiring. Instead, she described the situation as her “100,000-mile checkup,” clarifying that the procedures are not cosmetic. Parton emphasized that she wants to take the proper time to heal so she can return to the stage stronger than ever.

The news follows her recent cancellation of a Dollywood appearance after being treated for a kidney stone and infection. It also comes during a challenging year for Parton, who lost her husband, Carl Dean, earlier in 2025.

Even with these setbacks, Dolly made it clear she’s not stepping away from music anytime soon. “God hasn’t said anything about stopping yet,” she told fans.
