Brian Callahan hands offensive duties to Bo Hardegree

After opening the 2025 season with three straight losses the Tennessee Titans are making a change on offense. On Tuesday morning head coach Brian Callahan announced he will no longer be the team’s offensive play-caller. Instead quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree will take over those duties.

The decision came following Sunday’s 41-20 loss to the Indianapolis Colts at Nissan Stadium.  Callahan had carried play-calling responsibilities since he was hired in 2024.

Offensive coordinator Nick Holz will remain in his role. He will work closely with both Callahan and Hardegree in the new setup.  Hardegree brings familiarity with the offense while Callahan can focus more on broader coaching duties.

The Titans hope the change will help stem the early season slide.  Their next game will be against division rival Houston. Fans and analysts will be watching to see how the offense performs under Hardegree’s play calling.
