Sean Herman, 35, a former Nashville police officer, has been sentenced to one year of supervised probation after entering a “best interest” plea to a felony official-misconduct charge. A second count was dismissed. Thanks to judicial diversion, if he completes probation successfully, the case could be dismissed and even expunged from his record. 

Herman was fired in May 2024 after investigators confirmed he appeared in a mock traffic-stop video wearing his MNPD uniform and groped an OnlyFans creator named Jordin while on duty. The video was filmed on April 26, 2024, in a warehouse parking lot. 

A state board suspended his peace-officer certification indefinitely in August 2024, though he can petition to be reinstated once the criminal case concludes. 

The content creator, Jordin, said the video wasn’t meant for her OnlyFans account but was intended as a promotional clip for social media. She reportedly didn’t know Herman beforehand he reached out through social media and shot the video before his shift started. Her OnlyFans subscriptions surged following media coverage.
