615NAV Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 22, 2026

615NAV (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the 615NAV mobile application (the “App”), a Nashville-focused platform for discovering local events, businesses, and connecting with the community. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using 615NAV, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide to us

  • Account information:when you create an account, we collect your email address, full name, and a password (passwords are never stored in plain text). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email from that provider.
  • Profile information:username, biography, profile photo, location text (city/state), and selected interest categories.
  • Content you create:listings, events, feed posts, comments, direct messages, photos, and videos you upload. Posts and comments may be published anonymously at your option; in that case other users will not see your name, but we still retain a record linking the post to your account so you can edit or delete it.
  • Purchases:when you subscribe to a paid plan, Apple processes the transaction. We do not receive your payment card details. We may receive a transaction identifier to verify your subscription status.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device & app information:device model, iOS version, app version, language, and time zone.
  • Push notification token:if you allow notifications, your Apple Push Notification (APNs) device token is stored so we can send you notifications about messages, events, and activity relevant to you.
  • Usage activity:events such as app opens, screen views, button taps, searches, listing views, bookmarks, post creations, likes, and message activity. This activity is associated with your account and is used to improve the App.
  • Approximate location:if you grant location permission, we collect your device’s location (accurate to approximately 100 meters) while the App is in use. We convert this to a city/state value and store that on your profile. We do not collect background location.

1.3 Information from third parties

  • Sign-in providers:when you sign in with Apple or Google, those providers share your email address and name with us, per the permissions you grant in their consent screen.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Provide and operate App features (events, listings, feed, messaging, notifications, maps)
  • Show you events near your reported location
  • Send you transactional and event-related push notifications
  • Communicate with you about your account (e.g. password resets, security alerts)
  • Process subscription purchases and confirm entitlements
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, illegal activity, and violations of our Terms of Use
  • Analyze usage to improve App stability and user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

3. How We Share Information

Your information is shared only in the following limited ways:

  • With other users:your username, profile photo, bio, location text, and content you post (listings, feed posts, comments, messages) are visible to other users as designed by the App’s social features.
  • With service providers:we use the following processors strictly to operate the App:
    • Supabase (United States): database, authentication, file storage, and push notification dispatch
    • Apple:Sign in with Apple, push notification delivery, in-app purchases, and platform services
    • Google:Sign in with Google (only if you choose this sign-in method)
  • For legal reasons:to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 615NAV, our users, or the public.
  • In the event of a business transfer:if 615NAV is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, listings, feed posts, comments, messages, bookmarks, push token, and usage logs from our active systems. Backups containing residual data are overwritten on a rolling basis (within 30 days).

Some information may be retained longer when required by law, for fraud prevention, or to enforce our Terms of Use.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access and update:you can view and edit most profile information from within the App.
  • Delete your account:you can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This action is immediate and irreversible.
